For founder and CEO Natalie, the brand was born out of grief. "Back in 2021, I lost my friend to suicide. I thought not one more person can lose their life because they believe that they're not good enough."

"When I see someone wearing one of my items, I'm filled with a deep sense of gratitude. I think, 'Oh my gosh, is this really happening?' I'm just so grateful to see that the message has resonated so deeply with others around the world."

What started as three words has grown into something Natalie could have never predicted. Now, the next chapter is taking shape.

From endurance races to competitive sport, the message is moving into performance environments where mindset matters most. At the same time, Natalie is exploring expansion into youth apparel.

"We've been getting incredible requests from athletes who want to wear 'You Are Enough' in spaces where your mental toughness is challenged. Plus, mental health starts at such a young age. Seeing these words in a school setting could be the sign that someone needed to know they're not alone."

For You Are Enough Co., growth has never been about chasing revenue: "None of this was started to make sales. This was something I thought the world needed to hear. Sales are a byproduct of being able to do good in the world."
