Heading into summer, your opportunity is clear: keep creating, test more, and build around the moments people actually care about.
Everything we're building is designed to help you move faster, experiment more, and turn ideas into a real brand.
New in: 100+ blanks just dropped
Tuesday drops are back in full swing, and March delivered one of our biggest catalog expansions to date.
105 brand new premium blanks added.
7 bestselling styles updated with new colorways.
Multiple new categories introduced.
The catalog is expanding fast, built to match how modern fashion brands actually create and release.
You don't need to wait months to launch. You can build your brand today.

Introducing activewear
Our first activewear drop went live in March, introducing yoga wear and performance pieces to the catalog.
Think seam-free leggings, biker shorts, and sports bras designed to move with you, but just as easily styled for everyday wear. The drop includes matching sets, with some styles available in up to 14 colors, so you can build full looks your customers can live in.
These aren't just gym pieces. They're the kind of staples people throw on for coffee, travel, errands, and everything in between.

Camo has entered the catalog
You asked, and we were listening. Camo has officially entered the Tapstitch catalog.
Our first camo t-shirt blank is now live, available in two colorways and built on a boxy, easy-to-wear silhouette.
Our merch team is constantly working to deliver the styles creators actually want to design with, shaped by your feedback and requests.
It's an easy way to introduce something more statement into your collection, while keeping the same fit and quality you're used to.
And don't worry, there's more camo to come.

A stronger denim lineup
Denim is now a core part of the catalog.
This month, we introduced a range of new denim styles across jeans, jorts, and outerwear, giving you more ways to build complete looks, not just individual pieces.
From high-waisted to straight-leg to baggy fits, there's a variety of silhouettes to work with. Jorts are leading the way for spring and summer, while a structured denim jacket adds an easy layering option.

DTF now available for US fulfilment
DTF printing is now available from our LA warehouse, giving you more flexibility in our faster fulfillment service.
You can now access 20 DTF-ready blanks (across 63 color variations), all available for US-based production and shipping.
What makes DTF different to DTG? Here's the simple breakdown:
DTF (Direct to Film) = bold & vibrant
Your design is printed onto a film, then heat-transferred onto the garment. Best for statement graphics, strong colors, and printing across multiple fabric types like polyester and blends.
DTG (Direct to Garment) = soft & natural
Your design is printed directly into the fabric. Ideal for everyday basics where comfort and a softer hand feel matter most.
Together, they give you total control over how your products look and feel.

Plan your next drop: summer, festivals, and sport
Summer is coming in fast, and with it comes a wide range of design opportunities.
Festivals, travel, sport, longer days, more time outside. People are dressing differently, looking for pieces that feel right for warmer weather.
For creators, it's a window to experiment, drop new collections, and design around real-world moments.
From tanks and lightweight tees to easy, breathable fits, Tapstitch has the blanks to help you build for summer.
Summer staples: tank tops & shorts
Tank tops and shorts are the pieces people reach for most in the heat. They're lightweight, breathable, and easy to wear day-to-day.
For creators, quality matters here. Tapstitch blanks are built with premium fabrics and considered fits, so your summer pieces feel like part of a real collection, not just seasonal add-ons.
With men's, women's, and unisex styles available across both categories, you have the flexibility to design the perfect fit for your customer base.
Design for festival season
From the desert at Coachella to the fields of Glastonbury, festival season brings a shift in how people dress. Lighter layers, statement pieces, and outfits built for long days outside.
Nobody wants to show up wearing the same thing as everyone else. This is where custom pieces stand out.
It's the perfect time to experiment with bolder graphics, statement fits, and pieces designed for real-world moments.
Tapstitch's Mark put it into practice with a custom tank for Ultra, built for heat, movement, and all-day wear.
Got a Tapstitch fit planned for festival season? Let us know where you're heading this summer, we want to see!

Tap into sporting moments
With major sporting moments like the World Cup coming up, you have a chance to design around culture, not just products. Jerseys, team-inspired graphics, and sport-led silhouettes naturally find their place in summer collections.
When Tapstitch introduced football jerseys, Jeyson from Soft Top Co. turned that into a brand moment. He created a sport-inspired piece that still felt completely true to his brand.
“Every time new blanks are introduced, it gives me more opportunity to expand my brand. You guys worry about blanks, I worry about the designs. People are seeing it and they're loving it. This design speaks to the brand. It speaks to myself. It speaks to whatever they're feeling.”
If you've been thinking about a sport-inspired drop, this is your moment.

More custom branding is on the way
Our much anticipated custom branding extended features are currently in testing, as we fine-tune every detail to make sure they meet the same standard as our garments.
Because the difference between a product and your brand lives in the details.
We've even inserted a few clues into this post. They might be hanging around in plain sight. We've seen you tagging us, and we're working on it 👀
We don't launch anything until it's ready. And this is worth getting right.
Creator spotlight: Boring Run Club
Some brands start with a product. Others start with a community.
Boring Run Club began as a simple idea: make running more social. What started with a few people showing up has grown into a full community, with hundreds of runners turning up each week.
As the club grew, so did demand for merch. But it wasn't about putting a logo on anything, it had to be something people actually wanted to wear.
Using Tapstitch, Mikey created premium hoodies that became a staple of the community, worn at meetups, in gyms, and beyond.
What started as a weekend run is now something bigger. A movement people want to be part of, on and off the track.
