April brought another major expansion to the Tapstitch catalog, with 100+ new blanks added across streetwear, activewear, denim, and summer-ready styles.
As creators start planning seasonal drops, we’ve focused this month on giving you more ways to experiment, customize, and build collections that feel current, intentional, and fashion-forward.
Everything we’re building has the same goal: helping creators move faster, launch with confidence, and create products people genuinely want to wear.
100+ new blanks. Built for summer.
The Tapstitch catalog continues to grow fast, with another 101 blanks added throughout April.
This month's releases focused on summer-ready staples like animal print, denim, activewear, and versatile shorts, giving you more freedom to create complete collections across streetwear, fitness, and everyday fashion.
Whether you're planning a summer capsule, experimenting with statement styles, or expanding into new categories, the goal stays the same: helping you create a brand that feels intentional, current, and high quality.
Your new statement: leopard print
Our first animal print blanks have officially arrived.
Leopard print is everywhere right now, from streetwear to festival fashion, and now you can customize the trend for your brand.
Built on oversized boxy silhouettes, both tees come in 3 distinct leopard print colorways to give you a ready-made statement base. They work especially well with neon tones, bold typography, and vintage-inspired graphics, making them a strong addition for summer drops or festival collections.
Build your own yogawear collection
Yogawear continues to be one of the fastest-growing categories in fashion, and the Tapstitch catalog is growing with it.
This month, we expanded our yoga lineup with matching sets, fitted jackets, sports bras, biker shorts, and leggings designed for both movement and everyday styling.
With some styles available in up to 14 colors, and mix and match sets available, it's now easier to build coordinated collections.
Perfect for:
- Gym brands
- Pilates studios
- Wellness creators
- Athleisure collections
- Everyday elevated basics
Your next utility staple
This month, we added woven cargo shorts to the catalog.
Designed with a relaxed fit, oversized pockets, and lightweight construction, they're built for comfort, movement, and everyday summer wear.
They pair especially well with oversized tees, sports jerseys, and tanks, making them a strong addition for streetwear brands, festival drops, and outdoor-inspired collections.
A new denim silhouette
This month's denim expansion introduces barrel-leg silhouettes to the Tapstitch catalog.
The curved silhouette creates a more directional shape than traditional straight-leg denim, making these ideal for creators building layered, fashion-forward streetwear collections.
Available in both clean and distressed finishes, they pair effortlessly with oversized tops, cropped layers, and relaxed styling.
Trend watch: Western-inspired fashion
Festival fashion often shapes wider fashion trends, and western-inspired styling is quickly moving beyond events like Stagecoach into mainstream streetwear.
Oversized denim, washed textures, cowboy graphics, utility styling, and Americana-inspired silhouettes are appearing across creator brands and trend-led collections.
The appeal is versatility. These pieces work just as well for everyday styling as they do for seasonal drops, making western-inspired fashion a strong direction for summer collections.
Some of the best collections come from tapping into wider cultural aesthetics, then making them your own.

DTG or DTF: which print method should you choose?
Did you know? Many Tapstitch garments now give you the choice between DTG and DTF printing, including all current US-fulfilled products.
That means you can select the print method that best fits your design style, fabric choice, and overall look.
Some garments only support one print method. In those cases, the available technique will automatically appear on the product page.
DTG vs DTF: what's the difference?
DTG (Direct to Garment): Best for softer, more natural-looking prints.
DTG prints directly into the fabric, creating a breathable finish that works especially well on heavyweight cotton, washed garments, and vintage-inspired designs.
DTF (Direct to Film): Best for bold, vibrant graphics.
DTF uses a film transfer process that creates highly saturated colors and strong opacity, making it ideal for statement graphics and a wider range of fabric types.

How to browse DTF or DTG products
To filter products by print method, simply use the Decoration Method filter in the Tapstitch catalog.
You can also combine this with US Fulfillment filters to browse products available for faster US shipping.
How to choose a print method
Chosen a product? Scroll down to the Customization Options section on the product page.
If the garment supports both DTG and DTF, you'll see both techniques available before designing and can select your preferred option.

Inside Tapstitch: Building better branding tools
Over the last few months, we've been working behind the scenes on a huge expansion to Tapstitch's custom branding tools.
Because great branding doesn't stop at the label. It continues on the rack, in the packaging, and in the small details your customers remember.
During early testing, one thing became very clear: demand is going to be huge.
To prepare for launch, we're bringing in additional machinery and investing more time into setup, print testing, and quality control before release.
Because when we launch something, we want creators everywhere to actually be able to use it.
No delays.
No limited access.
No compromises on quality.
Historically, these kinds of premium brand-building tools have been reserved for larger companies with bigger budgets and more complex supply chains.
We want to change that.
We're taking the extra time now to make sure the launch experience matches the standard we want Tapstitch to represent.
Keep checking back for launch!
Creator spotlight: The Overthinkers Club
Starting a clothing brand shouldn't require huge inventory orders or access to traditional manufacturing.
The Overthinkers Club is proof of that.
Founder Marissa Grubb built the Toronto-based mental health apparel brand through small-batch releases, intentional design, and a clear point of view, all without overproducing or overcommitting financially.
Using Tapstitch's fashion-on-demand model, she's been able to test new ideas, grow sustainably, and build a brand community that genuinely connects with the message behind the clothing.
What started as a personal healing journey is now becoming something much bigger.
