Troubleshoot Login Issues

If you're having trouble logging in to your Tapstitch account, follow the troubleshooting steps below to identify and resolve the issue.

Before You Begin

Make sure:

  • You're using the correct email address associated with your Tapstitch account.
  • Your password is entered correctly.
  • Caps Lock is turned off.
  • Your internet connection is stable.

If you're still unable to log in, continue with the steps below.


Step 1: Reset Your Password

If you may have forgotten your password, reset it first.

  1. Go to the Login page.
  2. Click Forgot Password?
  3. Follow the instructions sent to your email address.
  4. Try logging in again with your new password.

Step 2: Try an Incognito or Private Browser Window

Browser extensions, saved cookies, or cached data can sometimes interfere with the login process. Open a private browsing window and attempt to log in again:
