Once you've created a Tapstitch account, you can log in using either your email address and password or your Google account.

Log In with Email and Password

Step 1: Open the Login Page

Visit the Tapstitch homepage and click Login in the top-right corner.

Step 2: Enter Your Login Credentials

Enter:

• Your registered email address
• Your password

Then click Sign In.

Step 3: Access Your Account

If your credentials are correct, you'll be logged in and redirected to your Tapstitch dashboard. You can now:

• Create and manage products
• Use the Design Tool
• Place and track orders
• Manage your account settings

Log In with Google

If your account is linked to Google, you can sign in without entering a password.

Step 1: Click "Sign in with Google"

On the login page, select Sign in with Google.

Step 2: Select Your Google Account

Choose the Google account associated with your Tapstitch account and authorize access if prompted.

Step 3: Access Your Account

After authentication, you'll be automatically logged in to Tapstitch.

New to Tapstitch?

Troubleshooting

I Forgot My Password

If you can't remember your password:

1. Click Forgot Password? on the login page.
2. Enter your registered email address.
3. Follow the instructions in the password reset email.

I Can't Log In

If you're unable to access your account, please check:

• Your email address is entered correctly
• Your password is entered correctly
• Caps Lock is turned off
• Your account has been verified through email

If the issue persists, reset your password or contact our Support Team.

I Signed Up with Google but Can't Log In

Make sure you're using the same Google account that was used during registration. If you accidentally created multiple accounts with different email addresses, contact our Support Team for assistance.
