Why Didn’t I Receive the “Connect Store” Coupon?

If you didn’t receive the “Connect Store” coupon after connecting your store, it may be due to one of the following reasons:


  1. Test Store or Inactive Store

Coupons are only available for active, real stores. If your store is a test environment or isn’t live (e.g. no products, not publicly accessible), you may not be eligible.

  1. Store Already Connected

Each store can only be used to claim the coupon once. If this store has previously been connected to another Tapstitch account, it is no longer eligible.

  1. Duplicate Device or IP Address

We restrict multiple coupon claims from the same device or IP address to prevent abuse. If another account using the same device, browser, or network has already claimed a coupon, you may not be eligible.


✅ How to Make Sure You Get the Coupon

To qualify for the coupon:

  • Connect a valid, active store that hasn’t been used before
  • Use your own Tapstitch account
  • Avoid shared or previously used devices and networks
