What Is the Wallet
Your Wallet is a simple and secure place to track and use all the Credits you’ve earned on the platform. Here, you can:
- View your available Credits
- Check when your Credits expire
- Review all Wallet transactions in one convenient place
Your Wallet shows the total amount of Credits you currently have available to use at checkout.
What Are Credits
Credits are virtual rewards issued by the platform that hold the same spending value as cash on our site. You may receive Credits through:
- User research or feedback programs
- Promotional or marketing events
- After-sales or service-related compensation
Credits are automatically added to your Wallet once they’re issued and can be applied toward your future orders.
Note:Credits can only be used on the platform and cannot be withdrawn.
Viewing Your Wallet
Go to My Account → Wallet to see:
- Available Credits – the amount you can use at checkout
- Expires On – the single expiration date for all active Credits
- Wallet Transactions – a full history of Credits added, used, returned, or adjusted
Tap View transaction record to see detailed information for each activity.
Tip: Your Wallet only shows Credit-related transactions. Orders paid entirely with other payment methods can be viewed under Orders in your account.
Using Credits at Checkout
Credits are applied automatically at checkout to help you use them before they expire. If your available Credits don’t cover the full amount, you can pay the remaining balance using another payment method. Prefer not to use Credits for a specific order? You can simply turn off the Wallet option at checkout.
Refund Rules
When an order is refunded:
- The portion paid with Credits will be returned to your Wallet
- Returned Credits will keep their original expiration date
- The portion paid with another payment method (e.g., PayPal, card) will be returned to that same method
Refund activity will appear in your Wallet transaction list. Refunds returned to your original payment method will also be shown for transparency.
Credit Expiration
All Credits in your Wallet share one unified expiration date:
- Whenever you receive new Credits, the expiration date for all unexpired Credits is extended to 365 days from the newest issuance date.
This means you only need to check one expiration date in your Wallet. Example:
- Jan 1, 2025 → Receive ¥100 Credit → expires Jan 1, 2026
- Jun 1, 2025 → Receive ¥50 Credit → all Credits now expire Jun 1, 2026
Expired Credits
Credits automatically expire on the displayed expiration date and cannot be restored. To keep your Credits active longer, simply participate in activities that issue new Credits—your expiration date will extend automatically.
Wallet Transactions
Your Wallet Transaction list includes all Credit activity, such as:
- Credits Added – Credits earned or issued to your Wallet
- Credits Used – Credits applied toward an order
- Credits Returned – Credits refunded back to your Wallet
- Credits Revoked – Credits canceled or reversed (e.g., adjustments)
- Refund to Payment Method – Refunds sent back to PayPal or your card
Each entry shows the date, type, amount change, and a brief description.
