  Where on the item can I print?

• Different items allow you to print in different places. We’re constantly working to increase the level of customization you can achieve.

  Why Can’t Prints Be Placed on the Bottom Hem or Pocket Edges?

• Prints are applied starting from the center top of the design area for all clothing sizes, ensuring a consistent distance from the top edge of the design to the center top across sizes. If part of the design is near the bottom edge of the design area (e.g., aligning with the bottom hem, pant cuff, or pocket in the mockup), we can guarantee that the distance from the top edge of the design to the print will be similar on all sizes. However, we cannot guarantee that the distance from the design area’s bottom edge to the print will match the mockup exactly. In the future, we will offer more customizable alignment options to meet user requests for prints starting from the bottom hem or side seam.
