Positioning Accuracy

How Can I Determine the Exact Position of My Print on the Garment?

  •   You can switch the unit in the Attributes section to a physical measurement (e.g., centimeters or inches) to estimate the distance between the print and the top edge of the design area. For all sizes, prints are placed starting from the center top of the design area. We aim to maintain a consistent distance between the top of the design area and the print across all sizes.

Why Doesn’t My Image Stay Centered After Clicking the Center Button?

  • First, check if your image has any transparent areas, and make sure the visible portion of the image is centered. If not, when you center the image, the visible part won’t align with the center of the design area. In this case, crop out any transparent areas when exporting the image, leaving only the visible print.
  • Once the visible part of your image is centered, use the center button, and our printing process will align the print from the center of the garment. As long as the print is centered within the design area, we’ll ensure it prints centered on the garment.
