Notice: Shipping Fee Adjustment for EU Orders (Effective July 1)
July 01, 2026 · Updated
Effective Date: July 1, 2026
Starting July 1, 2026, orders shipped to European Union (EU) destinations will include a small shipping surcharge due to updated EU customs regulations. These new regulations introduce additional customs clearance and processing costs for imported shipments. To help maintain reliable international shipping while complying with these requirements, we've made a small adjustment to shipping fees for EU orders.
What’s changing?
- A fixed customs-related surcharge will be applied to eligible orders shipped to EU member states.
- This adjustment only applies to shipments destined for countries within the European Union.
- The surcharge will be automatically included at checkout where applicable. No action is required on your end.
Why is this change being made?
Recent changes to EU customs regulations have increased the cost of processing imported parcels. This shipping fee adjustment helps us continue providing reliable delivery while meeting these new customs requirements. Thank you for your understanding and continued support. If you have any questions, our Customer Support team is always happy to help!
